Certifications & Quality

What quality certifications do you hold?

We hold ISO 9001:2015 for quality management. NQA has certified us since 2004, covering both of our factories. You can view our certificate on the About page.

Do you provide product testing and certification?

Yes. We test breaking load, UV resistance and abrasion in our own lab. Need a third-party certificate for mooring or towing ropes? We can arrange witness testing through DNV or LRQA on request.

What is your quality assurance process?

We check materials when they arrive. We check quality during production. We check the final product before it ships. We follow ISO 9001 procedures at every step.

Ordering & Quotes

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

It depends on the product. For standard products we can take small orders. Custom orders may need a minimum. Ask our sales team — we will find a way.

How long does it take to receive a quote?

Most quotes go out within 1–2 business days. Send us your specs, quantity and delivery place to speed things up.

What payment terms do you accept?

Our standard terms are a 30% deposit when you confirm your order. The remaining 70% is due before delivery. Bank transfer is standard. We confirm the exact terms with your quote.

Products & Specifications

What types of ropes and nets do you make?

We make fishing nets, aquaculture nets, safety nets, farm nets, sports nets, mooring ropes, PP ropes, nylon ropes and more. Most products are made to order.

How do I request a custom specification?

The fastest way is WhatsApp, but you can also Email or call us. Message us your mesh size, rope diameter, colour, build and strength needs. We will confirm the spec and quote you.

How do I choose the right product for my job?

Tell us what you will use it for, where, and the loads involved. We will suggest the right product and specs.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Our customers are in 20+ countries. We prepare export-ready documents.

What is the typical lead time?

For export orders, standard products usually ship in 2–3 weeks. Custom orders can take longer, depending on specs and volume.

Do you handle export documents and customs?

Yes. We prepare the export papers and work with your freight forwarder or logistics partner.

Sustainability & Workplace

What does Jaya Nets do for sustainability?

40% of our power comes from solar. We recycle 300 tonnes of fibre a year. We sort our waste and keep cutting our energy and water use.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Our products last long, so you replace them less often. That means less waste and lower cost. We also keep improving how we make them.

How do you treat your workers?

We keep our workplace safe. We follow labour laws. We check our own practices regularly.

Support & Warranty

What warranty do you offer?

We cover manufacturing defects. Warranty terms vary by product and use.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us right away with your order details and photos. We will look into it and put it right.

Do you help with technical questions and installation?

Yes. We help you choose, use and troubleshoot our products. For sports nets, we also offer an installation service.
